Located on the District Campus and in the heart of the Rail District, The Villa At The District is the place to live in Birmingham! There are many exciting things happening on our campus and with our neighbors.
Most recently, a new restaurant has been approved to open in the former Big Rock Chophouse building, adjacent to our building. The new restaurant, Big Rock Italian Chophouse will also be a cigar lounge and private members club opening in 2024 from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants.
